Send a request
You do not need a paid plan to make a personal-information request. Email carriechenxc@gmail.com and tell us whether you want to correct information, remove a result, report a mistaken match or delete your account.
What to include
- The name and report or profile link that identifies the result.
- The specific field or content involved, and why it is incorrect or should be removed.
- The correction you are requesting, if relevant.
- An email address where we can reply, and whether you are the person concerned or an authorized representative.
If you cannot access a result, describe where you saw it and include enough context for us to locate it. You do not need to purchase a report to request help.
Verification and review
We review the request and may ask for proportionate information to confirm your identity or authority. This helps prevent another person from changing your information. Do not send a password, full payment-card number or identity document unless we specifically explain why it is needed and how to provide it.
We use the information you send to handle and document your request. If more information is needed, we contact you through your reply address. We explain the action taken, its scope and any reason a part of the request cannot be fulfilled.
What removal covers
A request to DeepSearch concerns information displayed or held by DeepSearch. It does not automatically change a social profile, public record, upstream provider database or another website. Contact the original source separately if you also want the source corrected or removed.
Where relevant, ask us to address existing report copies, saved results and future matching separately. Our reply will identify what has been changed. Information can reappear when a source creates a new record or changes its identifiers; contact us with the new result if that happens.
Reports and account deletion
If you want to clear a report from your own history, open the report and choose Delete report. This is different from asking us to remove information about you from search results.
For account deletion, email from the address linked to your account where possible. Cancel renewal first if you have an active subscription, or ask for help with cancellation in the same message. Billing and security records may need to be retained for reconciliation or legal obligations; we explain any applicable limits when handling the request.
Follow up on a request
Reply to the existing email thread with any additional details so the request stays together. If a correction did not address the right person or field, specify the remaining issue. See the Privacy Policy for more about your information and choices.
