Using DeepSearch

These terms govern your use of DeepSearch. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the purchase terms presented at checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter the agreement and comply with the laws that apply to your use.

DeepSearch helps you find matching profiles and review available information. It is not a guarantee of identity, completeness, accuracy or current contact details. Results can include errors, outdated information and people with similar names. Review the identifying information before drawing conclusions.

Your account

Use an account you are authorized to access. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share access to bypass plan limits or attempt to access another user’s reports.

Permitted use

Use DeepSearch for lawful personal research and verification. Do not use it to stalk, harass, threaten, impersonate or discriminate against someone, expose personal information maliciously, circumvent access controls, or obtain private messages or restricted account content.

Do not use DeepSearch to make employment, housing, credit, insurance or other regulated eligibility decisions. Do not treat a report as a consumer report, an official background check or proof of misconduct. Do not scrape or resell reports, automate abuse, disrupt the service or bypass authentication, payment or usage controls.

Plans, allowances and renewals

Plan prices and allowances are shown before purchase. The current catalogue is:

Prices are in US dollars for the full period shown, not a monthly equivalent. Taxes or other applicable amounts are disclosed at checkout. A subscription renews at its stated interval unless canceled. Searches and report unlocks are separate allowances; purchasing a plan does not guarantee a particular result or a particular number of populated fields.

A completed candidate search can use an allowance even when it finds no match. A new report unlock uses its own allowance. Failed operations and pending operations are handled according to the status shown in your account; do not repeatedly submit the same action to resolve a pending payment or report.

Cancellation and refunds

You can stop renewal from your account using Cancel renewal. Confirm the request and check the resulting subscription status. Your existing access continues until the end of the paid period. Signing out, clearing cookies or deleting a report does not cancel billing.

For billing errors, missing access or a refund request, email carriechenxc@gmail.com with your account email and order reference. Requests are reviewed against the transaction, service delivery, checkout terms and applicable law. Canceling renewal does not automatically refund an earlier payment. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory refund or other consumer rights.

Reports and third-party services

Searches depend on third-party data availability. Profiles and fields may change or become unavailable. A blank field is not a finding that no such information exists. Website links and public biographies are provided for context and are not endorsements by the people or platforms mentioned.

Respect applicable rights in report contents and third-party materials. Photographs displayed on public-figure pages have separate attributions and license terms in Photo credits. Do not assume that a subscription gives you ownership of external material.

Availability and account restrictions

We may restrict or suspend access for abuse, a security incident, nonpayment or a breach of these terms. Service interruptions, source changes and processing failures can affect availability. Contact support if you believe a restriction or charge is incorrect.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DeepSearch does not warrant that every result is complete, current or suitable for a particular decision. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. Use Correction & removal for information about you. For a service or billing dispute, contact carriechenxc@gmail.com with enough detail to identify the issue.

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The current version is available here. Mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply to you remain in effect.
